Form-C & Invoice Generator
MITBangladesh Bank Form-C and commercial invoice generator for inward remittance. Replaces a manual process that used to take 45 minutes per declaration.
Finance software for Bangladeshi businesses, and web products for founders and agencies — scoped, architected, built and launched end to end. I'm an ACCA who got tired of doing this work by hand, so I built the tools. Now I build them for other people.
I run my own products. Not to add a word to my bio — because building the thing yourself is the only way to understand what you're asking a client to trust you with.

Before I wrote any of this, I did all of it manually — the remittance declarations, the supplier payment runs. These replaced the manual work. Both MIT-licensed, both live, both in use.

Situation, intervention, number. Nothing else is interesting.

An agency running 12+ concurrent client projects was losing 8–10 hours per week to manual project coordination, scattered briefs, and missed handoffs between design and development.
Average project delivery time dropped from 8.2 weeks to 2.6 weeks. Client NPS rose from 34 to 72 within two quarters.
A non-linear path connected by one thread: looking at messy systems and asking how they ought to work. Click any phase to expand its trace.
Five years of pressure-tested rigor. Led audit engagements, financial statement analysis, and compliance architecture. Learned that beneath every business is a structure of numbers that either holds, or doesn't.
Pivoted from auditing what was, to designing what could be. Learned demand generation, content strategy, and brand positioning from first principles.
Now: shepherding digital products from discovery to release. Leading cross-functional teams, managing scope, timelines, and delivery excellence.
Mental models earned at the desk, in front of clients, and across three industries. None of them are clever. All of them are stubborn.
The first rule of compounding: never interrupt it unnecessarily.
Most people underestimate what they can achieve in ten years and overestimate what they can achieve in one. Every system I build — for myself or for clients — is designed to compound: code that scales, processes that improve, relationships that deepen.
→If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough.
Strip away assumptions until you're left with the thing itself. Most 'complex' problems are just simple problems wrapped in inherited complexity. I start every engagement by asking: what does this actually need to do?
Don't tell me what you think, tell me what you have in your portfolio.
I run my own products. I pay my own server bills. When I advise a client on architecture or pricing, it's informed by real revenue and real costs — not theory.
Give me a lever long enough and I shall move the world.
Code is leverage. One tool can replace thousands of hours of manual work. The Form-C Generator replaced 45 minutes of manual paperwork per transaction. That's leverage.

A space dedicated to my love for plants and the quiet discipline of gardening. Stories about growth, patience, and what my garden teaches me about building anything that lasts.
From seedlings to season-long tending, my garden is where I learn patience. Every plant teaches something about systems, timing, and care.
Succulents, herbs, flowering plants, and greens. Each one selected with purpose. Small stories in every pot, seasons in every bloom.
Gardening isn't about perfection. It's about showing up, observing, adjusting, and trusting the process. The same principles apply everywhere else.
Thirty minutes. Tell me what you're trying to build and what it has to do. I'll tell you whether I'm the right person, what it would cost, and what I'd do first — whether or not you hire me.
