Tools I built because the work was unbearable by hand.
Before I wrote any of this, I did all of it manually — the remittance declarations, the supplier payment runs. These replaced the manual work. Both MIT-licensed, both live, both in use.
SCB Excel Generator
MITBulk payment file generator for Standard Chartered Bank Bangladesh. Converts simple input into the exact Excel format SCB's portal requires.

› Situation
An agency running 12+ concurrent client projects was losing 8–10 hours per week to manual project coordination, scattered briefs, and missed handoffs between design and development.
› What I did

- -- Built a structured intake-to-launch workflow with automated status tracking and client-facing dashboards

Average project delivery time dropped from 8.2 weeks to 2.6 weeks. Client NPS rose from 34 to 72 within two quarters.

The first rule of compounding: never interrupt it unnecessarily.
Most people underestimate what they can achieve in ten years and overestimate what they can achieve in one. Every system I build — for myself or for clients — is designed to compound: code that scales, processes that improve, relationships that deepen.

If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough.
Strip away assumptions until you're left with the thing itself. Most 'complex' problems are just simple problems wrapped in inherited complexity. I start every engagement by asking: what does this actually need to do?

Don't tell me what you think, tell me what you have in your portfolio.
I run my own products. I pay my own server bills. When I advise a client on architecture or pricing, it's informed by real revenue and real costs — not theory.

Give me a lever long enough and I shall move the world.
Code is leverage. One tool can replace thousands of hours of manual work. The Form-C Generator replaced 45 minutes of manual paperwork per transaction. That's leverage.
